More problems for Donald J. Trump. Lawyers for a former “Apprentice” contestant, who has accused Trump of sexual assault, have filed a subpoena for “all documents concerning any woman who asserted that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately.”

Summer Zervos alleges that Trump forcefully kissed her twice during a lunch meeting in his New York City office, in 2007, and again in Beverly Hills. Zervos also alleges that Trump touched her breast.

In a statement in 2016 Trump denied these claims. “To be clear, I never met her at a hotel or greeted her inappropriately a decade ago. That is not who I am as a person, and it is not how I’ve conducted my life. In fact, Ms. Zervos continued to contact me for help, emailing my office on April 14 of this year asking that I visit her restaurant in California,” Trump said

During the 2016 presidential campaign, Trump brushed off Zervos’ and another woman’s allegations at a rally, calling them “total fiction,” and “all false stuff.”

The subpoena, issued in March, is just coming to light now and is part of a defamation lawsuit filed by Zervos in January in the New York State Supreme Court against Trump following his denials, according to CNN.

Zervos’ original allegations came in response to the now-infamous “Access Hollywood” tape from 2005, where Trump states, “And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the p***y. You can do anything.”

Zervos’ subpoena calls for “all documents concerning any accusations that were made during Donald J. Trump’s election campaign for president, that he subjected any woman to unwanted sexual touching and/or sexually inappropriate behavior.”

Many, on both sides of the political aisle, are hoping that this time around Trump will be brought to justice and these women’s voices will finally be heard.
