Recently, Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) lashed out at President Trump for his poor parenting skills, specifically how he neglects his son Barron Trump. While he said a lot of this on MSNBC, he also tweeted about the issue too:
He golfs when he could be reading or be in church or be with his family. Never see him with Barron. You’d think he’d be golfing with Dad occasionally but narcissists only engage in activities where they are the show. No movies, sports viewing either just Fox! He will start a war! https://t.co/RFuJksiQyk

Cohen is one of the Trump’s harshest critics, and even tried introducing articles of impeachment against Trump, but they failed to pass the House. In that MSBC appearance, he called Trump the “most despicable human being to ever reside at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
It’s not the first time he’s used harsh rhetoric—it’s not even the most controversial thing Cohen has said. In 2011, he compared Republicans to Nazis when they tried to repeal the Affordable Care Act. “The Germans said enough about the Jews and the people believed it and you had the Holocaust. You tell a lie over and over again. And we’ve heard on this floor, government takeover of healthcare,” he said at the time.
Though he said he regretted his statement, it must be surreal now to see Neo-Nazis in America pledging allegiance to Trump.
As far as Trump and Barron? Cohen certainly doesn’t like it, saying “Our child President!” in a tweet, but what father would ever pass up this opportunity to embarrass their kid:
